48th Annual Mason Cross Country Invitational

Friday - Saturday, September 9th and 10th, 2022

 

The Mason Invitational will be at Corwin Nixon/Pine Hill Park on Mason-Montgomery Rd. near Mason High School on the northeast side of Cincinnati. 

 

The Mason Cross Country Invitational Features:

• A spectator-friendly course
• Two creek crossings
• A steep, mulch covered hill
• Nearly a mile on wooded trails
• Individual Awards to the top 15 finishers in all races
• Team trophies to the champion and runner-up teams in varsity races
• Ample space for team camps with nearby restroom facilities
• Concessions and packets near Team Camp Entrance / T-Shirts $20 & $25

 

We will be using Ohio Milesplit for all entries and timing of all races.  Any team failing to correctly register  within the entry window will be denied participation on race day.

Friday 9/9:    4:30    Junior High Girls Team run 10 score 5

5:00    Junior High Girls Reserves

5:30    Junior High Boys Team run 10 score 5

6:00    Junior High Boys Reserves

 

THE HIGH SCHOOL SCHEDULE IS SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM LAST YEAR

Saturday 9/10:

9:00 High School Girls Section II Varsity (Smaller Schools) RUN YOUR WHOLE TEAM 

9:45 High School Boys Section II Varsity (Smaller Schools) RUN YOUR WHOLE TEAM

10:15 High School Girls Section I Varsity (Bigger Schools) run 10 score 5 

11:00 High School Boys Section I Varsity (Bigger Schools) run 10 score 5  

11:30 Mason High School Cross Country Senior Recognition (Girls, then Boys)

12:00 Kids’ Fun Run 9 years old and younger - NO FEES, JUST SHOW UP AND RUN.

12:15 High School Girls JV 

 1:00  High School Boys JV

    

    Schools may enter one team in the varsity races.  

Teams will be put in sections based on enrollment. Let us know your race preference and we will honor it if it's fair.

    

ENTRY FEES:

H.S. Boys / Girls    $150 (per team – gets you a varsity and  reserve races)    

J.H. Boys / Girls    $75 (per team – gets you a team race and a reserve race)
